Requesting Product Information

In some Icovia planners, you can request product Information directly from the Products tab and from products placed in your plan. You must be registered and logged in to request product info.

To Request Product Information:

1.Move your cursor over a product in the Products tab or select a product on your plan by clicking on it using the selection tool.
2.The product info panel will appear.
3.Click on the Request Info button.

4.A window will appear to confirm your request for more information has been sent. Your request will be sent to the manufacturer including the contact information you entered when you registered.
